PREPARATION :

Wear comfortable clothes, something loose to be able to breathing comfortably.

No heavy meal 2 hours prior to breathing.

Enough sleep and rest, breathwork take a lot of effort to breath deep and fast.

Set your Intention prior to breathing to help guide your journey.

Tissues and water bottle

Journal to write your intention and insights after the session.

There are some medical conditions which it is not considered safe to participate in this type of breathwork. To join in, you need letter from your medical doctor which give you permission to do so.

cardiovascular disease including prior heart attack, strokes, TIAs, aneurysm, uncontrolled high blood pressure, detached retina, glaucoma, epilepsy, manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, pregnancy, recent surgery, lung disease including pneumonia, COPD, COVID-19.
​
there are some medical conditions which you should approach this type of breathwork in a more gentle way :

Asthma : we ask that you have an inhaler within reach just in case

Anxiety, PTSD : slow down when the triggers overwhelm you

Flu, cold
